présente le rapport suivant :

MESSIEURS,
Considérant la fusion-absorption de la société KAPTECH par la société 9 TELECOM ENTREPRISE, sise 86-90, rue Thiers 92100 BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, ayant pour conséquence, à compter du 30 juin 2003, le transfert des activités exercées par la société KAPTECH au profit de la société 9 TELECOM ENTREPRISE, il convient de conclure un avenant sans incidence financière de transfert des marchés de services de télécommunications initialement attribués à la société KAPTECH (marchés 01. 016, 01. 308, 01. 309, 01. 310, 01. 312 et 01. 316).
J’ai donc l’honneur, MESDAMES, MESSIEURS, de vous demander de bien vouloir autoriser M. le Maire à signer un avenant sans incidence financière de transfert des marchés de services de télécommunications initialement attribués à la société KAPTECH, au profit de la société 9 TELECOM ENTREPRISE, sise 1, square Chaptal 92309 LEVALLOIS-PERRET.
Si les conclusions de ce rapport recueillent votre accord, je vous propose d’adopter la délibération ci-jointe.

- Sur le rapport de M. Jean-Michel GUYARD, Adjoint,
VU :
- Le Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales,
- Le Code des Marchés Publics et notamment son article 13,
- La délibération du Conseil Municipal du 13 avril 2001, autorisant le lancement d’un appel d’offres pour la fourniture de services de télécommunications,
- Les marchés n° 01. 016, 01. 308, 01. 309, 01. 310, 01. 312 et 01. 316 attribués à la société KAPTECH,
CONSIDERANT :
- La fusion-absorption de la société KAPTECH par la société 9 TELECOM ENTREPRISE, sise 1, square Chaptal 92309 LEVALLOIS-PERRET, ayant pour conséquence, à compter du 30 juin 2003, le transfert des activités exercées par la société KAPTECH au profit de la société 9 TELECOM ENTREPRISE,
APRES EN AVOIR DELIBERE :
- autorise M. le Maire à signer un avenant sans incidence financière de transfert des marchés de services de télécommunications attribués initialement à la société KAPTECH, au profit de la société 9 TELECOM ENTREPRISE, sise 1, square Chaptal 92309 LEVALLOIS-PERRET.
